Cancelations & Refund – Policy

• Please notify us within 7 days of any error made in the amount of an online donation.
• A request for a change to the amount of the donation should be made in writing.
• Please include in your request the details of the initial donation including the date, amount, name of the donor, the tax invoice number, transaction identification number and the nature of the error.
• Any tax invoice issued for an incorrect amount will become void and invalid, and we will issue a new tax invoice for the amount of the corrected donation.
